Vietnamese Women’s Museum

The museum exhibits about women and their contributions to the history, culture and society of Vietnam. The museum was established in 1987 under the management of Vietnam Women’s Union. An overview of the Vietnamese Women’s Museum

The museum is located on Ly Thuong Kiet street and has become one of the most important cultural sites in Ha Noi. The museum was founded by the Vietnam Women’s and Children’s Union in 1963. Until 1995, the museum was officially opened. This presents the respect and recognition of Vietnam toward women and their activity for the construction of the country. It is also created to support women, hoping them a positive attitude and confidence.

First floor - Souvenir shop

Souvenir shop is located on the first floor of the Vietnam Women's Museum. You can find many items such as postcards, bookmarks and some newspapers or magazines about women. Here, the visitor can buy souvenirs or gifts for friends after leaving the museum. Items available really are very easy to buy.
